We were delighted to once again experience the exceptional service of Alizés Déménagements in May 2023, and just like our previous encounter, the entire process went flawlessly. The punctual arrival of the truck was followed by the fortunate presence of our familiar driver and offloader, Julien, who exhibited remarkable efficiency and speed. We greatly appreciated their assistance in unloading the furniture at our two separate residences on the same street, as well as their utilization of the truck lift to effortlessly transport beds and boxes to the bedrooms on the first floor. Based on our repeated positive experiences, I wholeheartedly recommend Alizés Déménagements. Excellent service received. The communication from our move coordinator Adrien Pardy was always swift and comprehensive. Our shipment was released by customs and delivered within 2 days. Excellent service for moving personal effects from St Leonard/France to Boston, MA. Everything (lots of fragile porcelain and crystal) was carefully wrapped. Not a single item was damaged. It took a while to get here (Dec-Feb), but that was expected. All in all a very positive experience! Adrien Pardy was terrific!!

I would recommend Alizes for International moves.. my experience moving from Nantes to LOS Angeles, California, went very smoothly from the first contact, the quotation, the packing, storage and then air cargo to LAX. I would like to highly recommend Alizé demenagement who took care of my container with personal home effects arriving from Chile. We had an unfortunate issue with the company in Chile that simply reneged on it's responsibilities once the container was on the ship. A desperate situation that Alizé helped us resolve in a kind and empathetic manner. Thanks to Alizé, the container arrived safely to destination in France and awaiting our instructions for delivery. Adrien Pardy, who has been our contact, can only be commended for his professionalism and personal attention to the client. Thank you sincerely for all your help. I will always be grateful.

Personnel et service au top ! Rien à redire. Nous avons été bien conseillés, notre dossier bien suivi, les échanges, presque exclusivement par mail, ont toujours été utiles et pertinents. Et surtout, nos affaires ont été très bien protégées, soigneusement entreposés, nous avons tout retrouvé intact de l’autre côté du monde après plus de trois mois de bateau après un trajet de Tours à Nouméa.
