DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE A SCAM. Returned the car 1.5-2h before allocated time to leave the car. Parked the car, left the car keys, was told everything was good. Didn't get a receipt. Didn't get to sign anything. Then they charged me for 2(!!!) more days , although they had earlier refused me to extend the rental even a day since the car was "blocked for sale". So I have made complaints and still Europcar claims I left it 2 days later than I dod, and not even at the right time of the day. Didn't get my deposit back even though there were 0 damages from my part and a filled gasoline tank. THEY ARE NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY, STAY AWAY

Great experience with car rental : fast, easy, flexible. The return of the car was exceptionally easy. Only one thing to note: would have preferred a bit more flexibility with milage included in the package for the trip as this was the only stressful factor for our trip.

Overall everything went fine, but may also be improved a little bit. Especially the vehicle return process, where it would be great if the vehicle were checked right away on return and the customer got some kind of written confirmation that everything went fine, just to avoid any potential misunderstandings. Fortunately, there weren't any in my case. On the bright side, my deposit was released right away, but I still was a little bit nervous that I wasn't an actual part of the vehicle return process.

Highly not recommend to deal with them. Rented car for couple days. As it was 0 excess (full cover) no body infection was required. Next day (when left contry already) found out that additional transition (unconfirmed) 130 euros was taken off bank account. Called them to find out reason - car was left dirty so it is fine for cleaning. When asked for evidence - nothing was provided and nobody responded any more. Please be careful with them.

nice car Renault Clio, very friendly staff, but GPS 3 times could not find our hotel, had to use Google maps, 2 times it took us in a one way street, 2 times in a cul de sac, needs an update !!! water for the windscreen was empty after 3 x use 😖 definitely not the way you hand out a rental car

The customer service agent was knowledgeable and friendly. However, he did not give accurate information on the location of the car as I was told to pick up the car from level 5 or 6 of the carpark at Nante and I had to ask my friend to find him to confirm the exact location of the car he corrected his mistake by stating the car was at level 4 instead, which caused me loss of time of 35 minutes while searching for the car and impacted my journey severely as we were rushing for time. I would suggest accurate information to be provided to customers. Apart from the minor setback, the overall experience was great. The compact car was a good choice! I will definitely choose Europcar again over other competitors after this experience especially the unlimited mileage perk that comes with renting the car.
