I would recommend this company, I had very good experience. I come without reservation, and car was ready in 10 minutes for me. Very high mileage daily. Deposit was refunded early in the morning. Very good 👍

I rented a car for 3 days, returned it 10 days ago and still don´t have my 500 euros deposit back! I have wirtten lots of mails and they say they have unblocked the money but won´t take any responsability! Total dissapointment!

Rented a car on October 2016. Nantes Atlantique airport. Stephanie, the counter manager was unprofessional on all level. I tried to explain to her that American banks do hold the amount of the caution, and this amount is deducted from our bank account. I also requested to continue our conversion in English as I believe my French was not up par to which she answered: there was no point in speaking English to me. At one point she said something like: vous êtes conne ou quoi! I turned around for her to explain herself, but she asked me to leave and for me to call the headquarters to be refunded of the $477 caution they took. It took 2 weeks after the rental was over to be refunded, and only because I called my banker to issue the refund. I'm about to go back to Nantes, in need of a car again, but needless to say I'll NOT book with them. Total disappointment, arrogance at its best, poor customer service.

When I arrived the car still needed to be washed. They did not dry the car when i received it. The people at the front desk did not speak English. When I received the final bill it was in French, I would expect an English version if you rent the car from an Irish EuropCar site.
