He took the time to patiently explain everything in English although he was far more comfortable with French and suggested alternatives that would end up being more cost-effective for us. Many thanks to the service for such managers who were able to explain everything to me and show me with special care. Unfortunately, we lost our key to our box and thankfully we had a young helpful gentleman named Jordan who assisted us despite our language barrier. He was patient with helping us find our box and with any questions about locksmiths etc. He spoke English and was generally very professional and helpful. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

Last time I went here I was shocked. Homeless people and other random people have the code to the storage facility and enter at will at night. It’s clear that there are homeless people who live in these boxes. It also appears as if there’s some sort of other illegal activities occurring here as well. This was a great facility, but now it is dangerous - even in the middle of the day I am afraid to go.
